Tado app won’t turn on heating

fitted tado about two weeks ago and last sunday the heating will not turn on via app via schedule or manually i have a wireless controller and to turn the heating on I have to press the heating button on the wireless controller the wireless signal is rock solid and stable and have done numerous resets and power of and on again. removed and re added the wireless controller from the app I have removed and redone schedules.there is a ticket in with tado since thursday but i’m still waiting to hear back
