Is the wired starter kit capable of controlling HW

Possibly stupid question but is the wired kit capable of controlling the HW schedule. My current controller, a danfoss tp9000, is capable of doing this. This feature appears to be a selling point of the wireless starter kit only

You will need the wireless starter kit to replace the TP9000. The wired starter kit is unable to control your HW cylinder.
