Heating Activity Report - Not Updating

Hi

Use this regularly to check on daily consumption but it’s suddenly stopped working. Everything else about the system is working - including accuracy of heating per room graph reports.

Any ideas?

    I have zero activity for today. My tado setup is a little quirky (two systems running side-by-side but not connected). Only one of them recorded yesterday.

    Something up at the tado end, methinks.

    Same to me! Zero activity since yesterday morning,heating system acting strange. Probably some issues at Tado software even though no defect are reported.

    Same here, mine is a fresh install last Sunday. I've been trying to find the right boiler selection as there are several Logic+ 35 options listed. I thought it was down to me changing the model yesterday as it ties in with it stopping but still not working after setting it back. You guys haven't changed the boiler selection as well have you?

    Very strange - worked fine until about 8pm last night (from memory when I looked at it). All the other data is correct for today but not pulling through to the Heating Activity calculator. Over reset the whole system so it would appear to be a Tado app or back office issue.

    Also - how are people putting the UK gas energy tariff in? 0.103?

    @dhenryuk I put in the second installation on Tuesday.

    It's kind of weird as I put in a V3+ to upgrade from V1 but ended up with them both running together, which has its advantages (additional remote sensor, in particular).

    As far as I can tell, Heating Activity was initially counting heating time whichever installation was calling for heat, giving me a seemingly accurate total. That all changed yesterday though, when my total time dropped markedly. I'd assumed it was just counting one of the two installations, but given others' comments, and the fact I have zero hours for today, I think it's more likely it just stopped at some point and is now counting nothing.

    No changes to boiler selection.
