    You can post pictures of your wiring on the desktop version of the forum.

    @Paulinblack posting details of your system and pictures of your wiring will help for others to advise. For connecting our other family home, I cut the room stat to boiler wires and used them to connect the wireless receiver into the combi boiler wiring. All depends on how it’s currently wired.

    Just checked my thermostat, there are 3 wires, Live, Neutral and Call for heat.

    You should get instructions from Tado but at a guess it will be l to l, call for heat to Com and park neutral.

    I've had a boiler installer say, Neutral to Neutral, Live to Live, Call to CH NO and link live to CH Com

    Ah, I thought you were putting in a wired thermostat. Yes that sounds right for a wireless receiver.

    Yes I'm connecting the wireless reciever in the hall, using the wires from the old thermostat
