Heating on all the time and uncontrollable

Hi I hope someone can help, I had my internet upgraded yesterday, and the bridge had to be repaired with my thermostat for some reason, this was not a problem I reset everything and set it all up again without any issues.


Since then, the heating is always on, and it cant be switched off via the app or via the thermostat. The only way is to switch off my boiler.


Now I read somewhere that some causes of these issues are due to a sticky relay in the thermostat, strangely I have had no problems with the system since yesterday.

Reading that post, I did give my thermostat some gentle taps to see if this was the case, it would seem that after some gentle persuasion the heating did in fact switch off and now works as it should do.


So my question is how do I go about getting a replacement thermostat as this site is not the easiest to navigate for support, the unit is 10 months old, so how do I go about a warranty replacement?
