Hot water stopped working
Hello,
We've had the Tado installed now for a few weeks now.
It's not been a smooth process so far.
We had it professionally installed at the same time as getting a heating system service.
The Tado system worked when the installer tested it and we set up the app.
Heating worked, hot water worked, we could demonstrate turning on/off both and they would both fire up the boiler independently.
A few hours later and only the hot water would work, activating the heating would not fire the boiler.
The next day the engineer came back round and checked the wiring and the thermostat, he determined that the wiring is ok but the config had changed, he did something to the thermostat, I assume in the settings menu and all was working again.
About 2 weeks later, the hot water stopped coming on when scheduled (App, thermostat and wireless receiver all show hot water on, I can hear the click from what I assume is the wireless receiver when they are turned on). However the boiler doesn't fire.
Heating continued to work normally.
I restarted the Tado devices one by one and then it started working normally again, hot water activated now fired up the boiler.
A week later and same problem again, however, now restarting does not bring it back.
App and all devices report that hot water is on, I can hear the click, however no action from the boiler when requesting the hot water to heat.
Heating side is still working normally.
Our system (Which I think is S plan) comprises of:
Worcester greenstar 30i system compact
Honeywell junction box wired to the Tado receiver.
Centerstore unvented indirect cylinder
Aquasystems arb18
2x Honeywell v4043h1056 motorised valves
The settings menu shows the following:
TS, HC01, HW tick, EK tick, R01
Wiring is here:
I suppose my question is, do you think there is anything wrong with the Tado side regarding the wiring or config side before I go down the rout of investigating one of the motorised valves?
Thanks

Just to follow up, this appears to now be resolved.
Had someone come look at it just now, turns out it was (coincidentally) one of the motorised valves decided to die.
Must have been on it's way out over the last couple of weeks.
Thanks
