Tado not reaching desired temp - modulating setup.
I set my boiler up for modulation the a couple of weeks ago and at an outside temp of maybe 7 degrees, and after putting a post on here, we kinds sussed that my WB greenstar classic was unable to modulate low enough.
Now, we are sitting around -1 and tonight I had the living room set to 25 degrees from 1830 till 2130 and the system didn't get above 19 degrees.
Surely the system should sense the temp not rising towards the target and should modulate the flow temp upwards until it starts going toward the target?
Am I missing something? Anyone else experience similar?
Thanks.

You might need to increase your boiler’s max flow temp. If it’s Opentherm you can do it through the tado pro app, if it’s ebus I think you need to use the boiler control panel.0

Hiz thanks for your reply and you are correct. I had assumed that the flow temps were handled exclusively with tado once it was wired into the e-bus and I had left the flow temp dial at 4. In this cold snap that isn't enough and just in the off chance I turned it up to 6 and the boiler fired into a higher output. Now seeing flow temps in the 70s. Hopefully it can modulate down properly when demand decreases. I'll keep an eye on it. Thanks again.0
