Thermostat not adjusting actuator

Hi I am located in Sweden, I have an LK electronic underfloor heating regulated by 11 wired thermostats (Model - EBERLE RTRt-e 525 84) and I have replaced all with the tado Wired Smart Themostat.
I have followed the installation instruction for the EBERLE RTRt-e 525 84 (pictures below) but since the installation of the thermostats the actuators are remaining open despite the set temperature being reached or the thermostats being set to off.
Any assistance to trouble shoot this problem would be very appreciated.

An old post but I have the same system and got it working so for anyone else searching the forums.
Connect the COM and NO cables according to your stickers and isolate the P1 cable and it will work just fine.0 -
Ok, let me change my post above 12 hours later…
When wiring Tado according to the instructions it controls in the wrong direction. It will send a signal to open the valves when trying to cool and vice versa. Tried connecting the NO cable to NC in the Tado and everything seems to work now.
Wire no1 COM
Wire no2 NC
Wire no4 Isolate0
