If Internet Connection Lost, Why Is Room Temp Showing
My tado is in my lodge over 50 miles away, hence the reason I installed it to keep it warm. Believe the Internet is lost as when we were there last time it was working fine off the phone, now it's not. However, my phone is showing the lodge at 3.8 degrees, how is it doing this if internet isn't working, internet bridge is "paired', just can't understand. Might return it for a hive/nest as customer service from tado is awful

You haven’t said what you have installed but it could be that the wireless receiver has lost connection with the bridge, rather than the internet being out.1

It's the v3+, hot water and heating. If the internet connection was lost, does the system not automatically log itself back onto the network? Thank you0

They all state connected and bridge is paired0

Unfortunately in my experience the wireless receiver doesn’t say when it’s lost connection with the bridge, the only way you can tell is strange behaviour like the heating refusing to turn off or on.0
