Please help! I can only have heating if the hot water is on?

I want the heating on but I have to have the water on at the same time? When the water reaches temperature the heating goes off. The heating temperature keeps rising until the water turns off. This is costing me a fortune and the house is wither red hot because the water has been on or its freezing because the water has reached its temperature. All lights on the receiver are responding fine to the app so I'm guessing I have a wiring issue but when I have sent pictures to tado they have said its correct and now they are not responding?

    Have you checked your receiver is correctly configured to your system?

    Sounds like you could be configured to gravity rather than typical S or Y plan.
