Two zone heating not working
Hi folks,
I have just bought and set up the following:
- wired smart thermostat (downstairs)
- wired smart thermostat (upstairs)
- wireless receiver (replaced a dual zone control panel and not linked directly to boiler
- 3 x smart thermostats (2x upstairs and 1x downstairs)
I have set these all up DIY following the instructions.
The upstairs set up appears to be working without issue - both smart TRVs are firing up and radiators across the upstairs are heating up.
Hot water also no issue.
Downstairs, however, is not working at all. The app says they are all on but no heat is coming through non-smart TRVs or the smart TRVs I have set in my living room.
The wired thermostats are not coming up as zone controllers either.
Any suggestions to where I am going wrong?

Talk to Tado support about getting the wired thermos registered as zone controllers, see if that sorts it.1
