The App shows the heating is on - but its not, What could the issue be

So as you can see I manually set the heating to come on for 20mins [disregard the time on the screenshot] the app shows that the heating is 'on' but the three 'wavy' lines next to 20.5 never lit up and the boiler didnt fire.

I tried the other rooms in the house and they all worked fine with a manual selection.

Im thinking its smart radiator thermostat related then as its the only one affected.

The batteries are new, only put them in the other day. The heating in this room was working fine. Only yesterday and this morning it seems to want to test my patience.

Anyone have any ideas?

    Try re-pairing it to the bridge, might have lost connection.

    I just reset, seems to have done the trick so far. Will find out later on when i use it again.
