Not Heating Up

Got 1 installed in my lodge which worked fine whilst we were there. Just noticed it's 8 degrees so went to warm it up, remotely, but only getting to 9.7 despite being set to 25 degrees. Both temperature sensor and wireless receiver are "CONNECTED" and internet bridge shiws "Connected and Pairing Actovr". Any suggestions as to why it isn't Heating up as it was fine last time I used it? Thank you

    @quoman999 far too many unknowns to suggest why. Please provide more info about your heating system in order to ask for help.
