>1 Smart Radiator Thermostats in a room?
How do SRTs function if one has more than one in a room? One sets the room temperature and schedule by room, not by thermostat, but which thermostat reads the room temperature, or do they each work independently based on their individual temperature measurement? Which one is measuring and reporting temperature and humidity?

I don't use them, but I believe they work independently of one another by default, like dumb TRVs.
You can apparently link them though. Possibly directly to one another, but certainly with the new wireless room sensor (which gives a more accurate room temperature).

I am aware they can be linked using a wireless temperature sensor. It’s how they work together without a wireless temperature sensor that I’m trying to understand.

Default will be independently.
If one rad is under set temperature, it'll call for heat. Inherent flaw in STRVs, which is why Tado have (re)introduced the wireless sensor. The temp right next to a rad isn't all that relevant to comfort in the room.
As I said, I don't use them (boiler has weather comp), so there may be a workaround whereby you can zone them together. That said, if one rad thinks is under set temp, perhaps it makes sense for it to call for heat regardless of the other(s)?

@GrayDav4276 is right. There’s only one measuring device in a room, it can either be a trv or a temperature sensor. If you only had trvs in a room you would have to choose one to be the measuring device. The other would be a slave.0

How would one select one of the SRTs to be the measuring device?

Settings > rooms and devices > click on room0

Thanks for that. I hadn’t seen the ’measuring device’ option before.
