Smart Radiator Valve not calling for heat

Hi, I woke up this morning and my smart trv in the office has stopped calling for heat, for example the room is set to 19 degrees, the actual temperature in the room is 15 degrees but the heating doesn't come on, it's worked up until this morning, only noticed because the office was freezing this morning when I started to work

    Check the batteries and try re-pairing it to the bridge.

    Done it all, still the same, when it does decide to work it sounds different to the rest, I think it has a dodgy motor, hoping tado supply a replacement
