Tado heating too much

I have just installed Tado thermostat on all radiators. Especially one of them (the one in the bathroom) keeps on heating way too much. I just found et at +30 degrees Celsius, but it is put to 20 degrees in the app. How do I fix this or is the device broken?

Is your bathroom a long way from the bridge? It might be out of range.0
