Roughly, how is my heating performance?
My room is 35m2, I set the temperature to 20-21C degree.

If it were me, I'd reduce the boiler flow temperature if possible, which looks to be running too high for the heat demand, and causing those overshoots (peaks and troughs in your room temperature), which I'd imagine are noticeable?
If you reduced the flow temperature, your room would be more comfortable (even at a lower temperature), and your energy consumption would probably fall, even though the heating would be on for longer.
I'm assuming you must be connected via relay rather than modulation (or your heat curve would be smoother)?
Does your boiler have weather compensation fitted, or just a fixed flow temperature?
Is it combi, or do you have a separate hot water tank?
