App schedule settings mismatch

The schedules that I see vs what have set for the devices is not matching

    Hi,

    Ok, so what's the difference? Struggling to help with this very limited description.

  • I have set the schedules for the devices on the app. However, the actual schedule is different. Example: I have the hot water on for a given time period, however the system shows as off. Another example: I have set the temperate to 21 for a certain interval but the actual shows lower than what I have set. Any help to solve this will be appreciated. Thanks

  • Hello friend, Thanks for your help. I think I found the issue and this is linked to Geofencing settings. Though I had put my full address it was showing a different location on the map. With auto settings, it was showing away, though at home. I manually changed geofencing to "Home" and things started showing correctly. I fixed my home address co-ordinates and switched to Auto and things seem to look correct now! Thanks once again for your help.
