Pairing Radiator Problem

I am unable to pair one of my TRVs, I have the scrolling dots for 3 - 4 secs then it reverts to the Hi greeting. Bridge is flashing as if trying to pair. I have changed batteries and moved to correct distance from Bridge but no joy. Anyone have any ideas?
