only one device showing in room
Hi, I have my thermostat and a radiator trv assigned to my living room with the thermostat set as the measuring device. Since configuring this I can't see the living room TRV on my home page so I am unable to make any remote adjustments. Is there a fix for this.
Do I have to move the TRV out of the "living room" and create another location? If I do this I cannot set thermostat as the room default measuring g device can I.

You adjust the room temperature, not the individual device, so sounds like everything’s in order. When you click on settings > rooms and devices are both the trv and thermostat showing as in the living room?0

Hi thanks for you reply. Yes both devices are there. It begs the question is there any point having a smart trv on the living room radiator.0

If you want to control the living room radiator separately from your other rads you need a trv on it. The thermostat could give a more accurate temperature reading, depending on where it’s placed.0

OK, but would it be better to have a normal trv?

If you have a dumb trv in there it will clash with the temp sensor, so it’s better either to have a Tado trv or nothing.0
