Heating on all the time.
So my Tado seems to be calling for heat all the time even when it's off. It's been doing it ever since it's got cold again but it's going to cost me a small fortune. I normally have the night time set to 16°c but now I've even turned it off and seems to be 21 all the night long and even on the graph when it's grey for off I still have 1 wavey line for low heat. The geofencing doesn't seem to of worked since like September either. Any suggestions? I have reset the thermostat and bridge. Not been in the loft yet to reset the extension kit, I'm going to raise a ticket if I can get past the annoying bot in the morning

I would check if the extension kit is losing connection to the bridge - sometimes it can keep the heating on if it’s heating when it loses connection. If you have a relay connection there’s a possibility the relay could be sticking in the extension kit, which can sometimes be solved by giving it a sharp tap.1
