When I try to use app just stuck on orange screen saying tado. It was all working earlier today. Non of the bridge, thermostat, radiator valves etc suggest there is a problem.

    I had the same problem, everything but the app seemed to be working as I had a low battery email notification and I could see my stuff on the web app but the android app was stuck at the welcome screen.

    I had a pending update for the app and after I updated for some reason I had to log in again and re-assign a name to my phone/device but now everything is working again normally

    Yeah thanks. I managed to figure it out. uninstalled app and reinstalled re-assign name. all back on.

    I have no heating everything states its on but it's not and it's cold not happy
