Why does my Tado become unavailable via the app for a few hours everyday?

Between the hours of about 3-6am I cannot use the app to change the temperature of both my thermostats. This has been since installation, every single day. The thermostats still work if used manually but not using the app.

    Check whether you have parental controls on your router that are barring the bridge from accessing the internet.
