Heating stays on

My heating stays on when the receiver is stating heating and boiler is off. I have checked all the wiring and had a professional do the same for me. He discovered that tapping the receiver with a screwdriver turns it off, indicating that a relay is sticking. I have tried getting intouch with Tado but i am struggling for a response, does anyone else have this problem?
