Been using my setup for years, suddenly TRV are showing temperature 3 degrees over, actual temperature, well past the temp set but yet sometimes the radiator is heating. First it was one TRV now I have 3, one room is 17.9, set to 19 yet showing 19.2 in the app.

It has gone completely off the rails!

    Are you sure the app is updating the temps?

    Since v7 came out, I've had a few issues and one of those is that it sometimes doesn't update the temps on the tiles

    Try closing the app completely then reopen and see if that makes any difference
