Where can I get a longer cable for the small box that plugs into my router as the 1 provided isn't long enough?

    There's two cables, a usb cable for power and a network cable for communication. USB cables are sold (at least where I live) almost every cornerstore (right next to the plutonium), just bring the supplied one along to make sure you get a cable with the right connectors.

    The network cable is perhaps not sold in every cornerstore, but any computer-shop and usually the dyi-building-supplies-shops should have them (usually overpriced).

    If you want a very long cable or need to put the internet bridge somewhere awkward like the loft that has no power sockets you could also consider Power Over Ethernet. This requires 2 things a POE injector that adds power to the ethernet line and a POE splitter, this splits it back to ethernet and a power connector.
    Amazon sell both. The cheap splitters have short flying cables - ethernet and micro USB-b that plug straight into the internet bridge. If you are struggling to find a place for the internet bridge where everything works then a pair of these and a long ethernet cable makes it very easy to try out different placements.
