Cant connect Smart Ac Control V3 to HOMEKIT

Hi ,


I can't connect my Tado Smart Ac Control V3 to my HOME KIT on my iPhone . I get this message below " Device not found " ;

  • Iphone 6
  • IOS 12.4.2
  • Router wireless 2.4 Ghz

Can someone please help me out ? .. I have tried everything , and I have other devices working fine with HOMEKIT ...
