Wireless Compatibility with wired Thermostat. And current boiler type.

Couple of questions for those in the know.
1) If i have 3 currently wired wall thermostats, 1 main and other two for under floor heating by piped hot water:
A) Can I replace the 3 with wired with wireless, and if so, what do I do with the wires for the current thermostats?
B) Is Tado compatible with:
Worcester
GREENSTAR 27RI, Compact ErP, Condensing Boiler
