Worcester Bosch Greenstar 28CDi not working

Hi all,

I have a Worcester Greenstar 28CDi with a Comfort | RF Programmer/Controller. We have purchased the Tado wireless setup with 4 smart TRVs. An electrician installed it for us, and the app reports it as all working, except the heating isn't coming on and I'm freezing! All the rooms say Heating, but nothing is happening. I'm very worried that I've bought the wrong kit and wasted a lot of money. Can anyone advise please?

    Answer ✓
    Try bringing the bridge closer to the wireless receiver if you can, also see if plugging the bridge into the router makes a difference.

    Turns out our wireless receiver is not pairing for some reason. Not sure how to get it to do it. The bridge is plugged into our mesh network, not sure whether that affects it as I thought it used its own proprietary network to talk to each other.

    Hi there, bridge was plugged into the router originally but that's the other end of the house to the boiler and wireless receiver which was our initial problem. We plugged the bridge into the mesh satellite which was in the same room as the boiler and wireless receiver and it didn't pair until we bought the thermostat into the room too. However, then some of our smart TRVs disconnected. We've ended up with the bridge plugged into our 'middle' mesh satellite now that it's paired, and we finally have a working system and are warm. Thanks for the help :)
