Radiator thetmostat offline

One of my radiator thermostats repeatedly goes offline. I reset knob by taking out batteries like suggested in app. It then works for half hour then goes offline again. This is a new issue. Previously connection worked fine. Any suggestions?

    Take it off the rad, bring it close to the bridge and try pairing it again.
