Can no longer manually control thermostat

I think a recent app update has stopped my thermostat from being manually controlled. It may have been since the ‘sparkle’ update. But now the up and down buttons on both of my tado thermostats no longer work. Any ideas?

    The thermostat isn’t directly controlled from the app so I’m not sure this would be the case. Could be a firmware update on the thermostat itself though. Have you tried resetting them?
