Radiator valve always open
Hello people, does anyone here have experience with putting in a TADO smart thermostatic valve? I'm running into an issue where, when I turn on the main heating supply of this house, this particular radiator is always on at full power, which, I guess, means that the TADO is not able to push on the pin to stop the supply of water, right? But how do I fix this? Maybe the adaptor is not correct? But I tried reattaching it as well. I also thought that the thermostatic valve might be stuck, so I tried to push in the pin as well, put in some WD-40 too, to take care of any rust, it didn't help still. I'm at wits end right now.
Looking for any kind of help possible if someone here has experience.
The TADO calibration works fine as per the symbols on the device. Some pictures are attached for reference.

I just exchanged the smart tap with a smart tap from another room, and that also didn't help, it always fully on.
I also used this "old" TADO tap with the other radiator in the other room and it successfully closed down.
So I'm now 99% certain this is related to the adaptor(above white right in the pictures) that I'm using is not "right" and is not allowing my TADO tap to close the water supply. I have no idea what's the right one to use here though and how to fix this issue.

I would try Tado support if you haven’t already, they’re normally fairly helpful with issues like this.1
