What is the maximum number of radiators a Tado Controller can work with

Apologies but this query is in 2 parts.

Part 1:

I have had Tado installed for a number of years. This is one controller covering all the radiators (all with Tado TRVs) in the house and they generally work fine. A couple of years ago I had an extension built to my house warmed by underfloor wet heating but the original controller would not accept any more radiators to control. At the time Tado support said there was a maximum number it could cope with, and I had reached that maximum. I therefore bought a separate controller to work the underfloor heating - and this works fine too.

Part 2:

To make this work I had to set up 2 accounts with Tado, each accessed by a separate e-mail account: each having its own controller. I use an iPhone App to manage this first (main) account because it controls and shows all but one of the radiators and I can manage circa 8 radiators very well, and I used this until yesterday. The 2nd account with the 2nd controller - with the underfloor heating - I would log into via the web and manage that way - no iPhone App is used. This works really well and overcomes the limitation of Tado’s controller.

However for some reason - perhaps a small general iPhone software update yesterday - I no longer see Account 1 to manage heating in my main house - all the graphics for radiators, controller scheduling etc. have vanished IT has been replaced for the underfloor heating (2nd account). I deleted and reinstalled the Tado App, hoping that details of my 1st Account system would be populated with data from Tado but it displays - wrongly - details of the 2nd account.  Therefore I can no longer see and manage the main (1st account) devices, they do not exist within the App; however, I know that ‘behind the scenes’ my house heating is working - I just cannot see anything! I want to manage my heating as before: main house using the iPhone App and the 2nd account using the web!

In summary how can I ‘find’ / recover my 1st account/ main house system so that during this winter I can manage my heating appropriately?  I have left a support call with Tado support but they are (in)famous for their slow response.

    Tado got back to me today by e-mail and they made my devices available, so a bouquet to the team as I had absolutley no way of controlling my home heating: I couldn't even see what I had but it was still working system.

    I have posed the question to the Tado team as to how to overcome the maximum number of TRVs the Controller can manage. My query was based around me having to create a separate system in my house (home system of circa 8 devices) with an additional controller and thermostat to manage my underfloor wet heating system (extension system) - installed as part of a house extension. The first I managed by using the Tado App, the second via the web using a different e-mail address. Somehow the App no longer 'saw' my home system 😂 but I could see the extension system instead...

    All fixed now though 😁
