Set thermostat to off permanently

I have 15 radiators in the house, 14 of them with TRV's. I have set my tado thermostat to off at all times in the hall as the radiator there has a TRV. Is there any point having the thermostat set to on at any time if I have configured all the TRVs individually?

    Move the hall TRV and wall thermostat into the same Room in the app. This will give you one schedule for both devices. The wall thermostat will be the temperature sensor for the hall and the TRV will simply open and close under the control of the wall thermostat. This setup will also be more accurate at controlling the hall temperature.
