Disabling Exacontrol

Good morning. I installed TADO in a Saunier Duval Isofast Condens F30 with an Exacontrol. I made all wiring according to the instructions in the app, and everything seems to be OK. However, the boiler is still beeing controlled by the original Exacontrol, not by TADO. Any idea? Thanks!

    Is an exacontrol a programmer? You will need to unwire it by the sound of it.

    I have the same problem with my Saunier Duval, have you solved?

    The manual says ** Only compatible with one heating circuit. Any existing fit-in controller should be removed. Maybe this is the key to solvd the problem?

    Hola amigos, tengo el mismo problema que ustedes, quito en exacontrol y lo cambio por Tado y la calefaccion no para nunca. Conseguisteis solucionar el problema? Como?
