Install radiator thermostats

Morning all,

I got a bit giddy and ordered an additional 4 radiator thermostats without checking every radiator in the house. Turns out that 3 of them don't have the dial to regulate (image attached).

How complicated is it to change this to a valve where I can then use a smart thermostat? It looks like a professional plumber job.

    It’s not complicated, but if you are not competent, get a plumber to install a thermostatic valve.
