Combi and 2 heating zones, how do I wire this up?

I have got the starter kit plus an extra thermostat. The stat I want to be wired, I have changed to a zone controller in the ap. Just don't know how to wire this all up. Do I need to utilise the hot water output of the wiring centre in some way?

    Why do you have a hot water output in your wiring centre if you have a combi? Do you definitely not have a cylinder?

    What starter kit do you have? Wired or wireless?

    Assuming it’s wireless and you do have a combi, the usual way is the wireless receiver on relay to one zone valve and one wired thermostat on relay to the other. Both set as zone controllers.

    Ignore the hot water connections on the wireless receiver.
