2 apartments in one account?
Hi,
I have 2 apartments heated by the same heater. Tado scheme D, but each apartment has its own wi-fi. If I connect new internet bridge at the rental apartment, everything tries to connect to this new bridge.
Is there any way how to do it?
I think about inconvenient option to have the rental apartment on different account and switch accounts for every floor - also I will have to pay the subscription again on this account.
The other option is to try to connect new Tado equipnent in the rental apartment to my main floor wi-fi and hope it will reach it. I am little bit sceptical, if the room thermostat and radiator valves will connect to my internet bridge on the other floor.
Please, do you have any other ideas how to solve this? Is there any convenient way?

The easiest option at the moment is to have two separate accounts and sign in and out. Tado can’t support two bridges on one account and it sounds like you’ll have issues connecting everything to one bridge.1

Tado does not use WiFi, it uses an alternative communication protocol that is independent of your router's WiFi network. All communication is handled by the one bridge/hub.
Tado will normally work over 2 or 3 floors providing the walls/floors are not too thick. I'd suggest connecting the bridge/hub to the upstairs router and locating it in the middle of the property. Installing the bridge/hub downstairs might work, but positioning it higher up will normally give the best performance.

Thank you. I will try if all tado equipment connects to the bridge and if not I will try to set up second account.
