App on saying heating but no warmth in rads
Hello!
First post, I tried searching for this but couldn't find anything so apologies in case this is a frequently answered question!
I have the Tado in the room I am in set to heat to 20c, it says it's heating (and is shaded on the little chart) but the temp is not going up and the radiator is cold. It's currently 13.4c.
Normally this is set to be 20c between my working hours 9-5 in the scheduling within the app, and it's been working perfectly for the last 4 weeks, until this morning!
The only thing that has changed is we upgraded to the Auto-assist last night, and we've both had to set up our phones with the geofencing. As soon as my hubby left the house this morning everything went off. Even though we have changed it manually to 'At Home' - nothing.
The boiler is on and working - we have hot water and there are no error codes. I've tried turning the heating on in a few rooms, waiting 15 mins and same story - says it's heating but no warmth in the rads. I also tried resetting the Tado wireless connector under the boiler too, didn't fix the problem.
I strongly suspect it has something to do with the Geo-fencing? But I can't work in the cold and I also don't know how/if I can manually override the Tado to get my room warm?
Help!

Click on that time block in the smart schedule and turn off geofencing. That should help you in the short term at least.1

Looking at this again I’m not sure geofencing is the problem. I’ve just set my system to away and I can still turn on the heating. I would contact Tado support and check if any settings have been changed. Have a look in rooms under settings - is the zone controller set to independent? That will stop the trvs calling for heat.0

Thanks Johnny, would you believe (even thought I had turned off geo-fencing and put it to manual) I left the house before for about half an hour and when I returned it magically turned on? So I'm none the wiser but at least I'm warm 😅

Ok, well in that case maybe it is a geofencing issue! Very odd.0
