Thermostat
Tado app indicates batteries need replacing, having replaced with new correct batteries and in correct polarity order and checked terminals were clean thermostat still doesn't show temperature and app still says batteries are needing replacing.help please.

Double check the polarity - in some thermostats they’re the opposite way round from what you would expect. If that’s ok then sounds like it’s faulty, you should contact Tado support to check.0
