My mother lives with us in a two floors house. During the day usually nobody is at home with the exception of my mother at the ground floor . The rooms at the first floor are all equipment with tado smart valves. How can I set up this valves and rooms in away mode in order to not heating them when me and my wife are not at home while still heating the ground floor.

Does the ground floor have a separate Tado thermostat? If it does you can change the schedule to turn off geofencing control for the ground floor, but have the first floor geofencing control turned on in the schedule. If you then turn off 'Include Device's Location' in the Tado app for mothers phone then this will do what you want. This does mean that the ground floor heating will turn on and off at the scheduled times even if no one is at home at all though.
