Why low battery and goes offline in 1 day
Tado, I am using your thermostat for almost 2 years now it is time for replacing the battery. I got the warning and I replaced them with two types of batteries as shown in the picture. It shows full battery status in-app for 1 day and later goes offline. I am unable to set the temperature to heat the room now. So far no response from the tado support team for the past 2 days. please anyone help me out before it gets too cold. I don't have a manual thermostat to replace it on a temporary basis.

Are the batteries new? They can have 1.5v but no amperage. Did you connect the sensor again to the central relay? . Check in the app if it is synced. Good luck !!!0
