Opentherm wireless hub wiring.

I am currently about to wire up my tado eu starter kit that contains opentherm connections and theres a yellow label stating no mains by the opentherm connections. I assume its saying not to wire mains power into the opentherm terminals and that the hub itself still needs mains power into the L and N supply points? I assume the hub still need its mains supply to function regardless and not just two wires going from the opentherm points to the boilers opentherm terminals. I would just like to have this clarified just in case but i think i still need the mains 230v in the supply side.

  • You’re right, you need a power supply for Opentherm, wired to l and n.
