Modulating controls Compatibility - Glow Worm Ultimate 24h
I have a Glow-Worm 24h System boiler (Y-Plan, Monozoned). I use my Tado via the original extension kit which has the Low Voltage Contacts for use with eBUS, however its currently wired up using old-school relay mode to control both the HW and the CH.
From what I can tell in order to use the modulating controls via eBUS and have control over the valve for Hot Water, I will need to have the Smart Wiring Center 2 (SWC2) installed but the SWC2 is based on VR66 which is not supported by Tado.
The forums do say tado supports VR65 and Smart Wiring Center 1 (SWC1), and seem to suggest trying to aquire one from somewhere.
However, the manuals for both VR66 and SWC2 say there is a rotary switch to change the controller to use VR65/SWC1:
Does this means tado will work with these systems in Monozone mode?
Has anyone tried this?

No unfortunately not, the boiler failed in Jan 23 and I replaced it with a viessmann vitodens 100W (which modulates using opentherm).0
