Hi everyone
When removing a thermostat to replace the batteries my father has snapped one of the clips on the adapter attached to the radiator. The thermostat will stay in place but is throwing up errors so need to replace the part.
Does anyone know where I can order a replacement for the radiator attachment?

The last time I saw a post like this - somebody had broken the mounting nut on the bracket - somebody from Tado popped up saying to contact customer support as they would be able to help. Suggest that is your best bet.0
