Reconfigure Smart Thermostat

Does anyone know how I can reconfigure a Smart thermostat to be a Zone controller. For some reason the Smart Thermostat has been configured to point to itself as the Zone controller.

There is a paper in the help section and I have followed the 4 steps that are suggested but this does not help.

    Not sure what you mean. Is the thermostat wired? Do you want it not to be the zone controller?

    The thermostat is Wired and yes I would like it to be a Zone controller. I would like to understand how to make it a Zone controller so the I can point the radiator valves to it.

    If that doesn’t work I think you’ll need to contact Tado support.

    Many thanks for your help but I have tried this. I have contacted support but with it taking over 3 hours to answer a question is all far too painfully slow.
