Wired Thermostat for UFH

I would like to replace the basic wired heatmiester thermostats I am currently using with the UFH on my ground floor. I am using Tado TRVs on my upper floor. Both the Tado extension kit and the heatmeister thermostats are all wired into a UF4 wiring centre.

If I replace the heatmiester thermostats with Tado wired thermostats do I still need another Tado thermostat upstairs? Or can the TRVs communicate with one being used downstairs?

I should add that the UFH and upstairs run on separate water loops.

    Hi @bobjackson

    The TRV's can communicate directly with the extension kit so as long as the extension kit is set as the zone controller for the rooms with TRVs then you should be fine.
