Some trvs not calling for heat

Hello.


I have had the tado system for a couple of years and it has been pretty much working ok. But recently some of the rooms will not turn the boiler on. It says it calling for heat. The app shows three bars. I can hear the trv opening but he boiler doesn’t fire. They are connected to the right extension kit and I am seeing no errors in the app. Any ideas? Thanks!

    Having exact same issue with some new TRVs I just added to my system this week. All 11 existing ones work fine - Having this issue with 4 out of 5 new ones.

    @AndyD91 If you check each 'room' setting in the app it will be assigned to a 'zone controller' or 'not assigned'. It sounds like you have hit the limit of 10 zones that can 'call for heat'. Those rooms that are not assigned to a zone controller will not 'call for heat'. They will act like a TRV with the room temperature set by day/time. With 13 devices and 10 zones, we have two of the bedroom TRVs set as 'not assigned'.
