Random Red Spanner
I installed Tado TRVs around the house a couple of weeks ago and they’ve been working fine since. Until today. One of them is now showing a Red Spanner in the app, and a device reset doesn’t seem to have fixed it.
I’ve checked the valve will open and close as I thought maybe it was stuck.
I can’t find any info about this icon in the help docs, so any advice or tips would be great! The other 10 TRVs are working as they should…

I have the same issue. A red spanner showing up next to the room buttons on the app. What does this mean?0

Same here. Had Tado for 2 years. No issues then a random red spanner on the app and the rad will not shut off even though the app is showing off (it's fully hot!!).......help!0
