New boiler fitted . Tado not working

Had a new vailliant ecofit pure 415 installed and setting tado to ebus works boiler but not the hot water and heating valves from the extension kit. Resetting unit to relay control allows extension module to control relays but no control over boiler via ebus. Anyone any ideas what I am missing.

    Ebus rarely works with system boilers. I think some vaillant boilers can get around this but you need an additional module.
